Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of irishvar.com (the “site”). They are the marketing-site terms only — engagements with Irishvar Technologies Pvt Ltd are governed by a separately signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
Plain English version: by using the site, you agree not to abuse it; we try to keep it accurate and up; we're not liable if information on the site turns out to be wrong; the site does not create a client relationship by itself.
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone visiting or interacting with the site, including submitting the contact form. They do not apply to people who have signed a separate agreement with us for an engagement — those people are covered by that agreement.
2. Accuracy of the content
We try to keep the site accurate. We don't promise it is. Service descriptions, engagement models, and case-study summaries are written for marketing — they describe how we typically work, not a guarantee of any particular outcome on a particular engagement. Anything binding belongs in a signed Statement of Work.
3. No professional advice
Content on the site is for general information. It is not legal, financial, security, tax, or other professional advice. Don't make important decisions based on a marketing page. If you want our engagement to count as advice, sign an MSA with us first.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to break any applicable law.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or run automated load against the site beyond reasonable use.
- Impersonate someone else, or submit deliberately false information through the contact form.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or material designed to disrupt the site or its users.
5. Intellectual property
The site, including its copy, code, design, logo, and brand mark, is owned by Irishvar or licensed to us. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, reuse the brand mark, or pass off our content as your own. You may quote short passages with attribution.
Open-source components used in the site are governed by their own licenses; nothing here overrides those licenses.
6. Links to other sites
Some pages link to third-party sites — LinkedIn, X, Google Calendar, Calendly, partner sites. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for what's on them or how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you visit them.
7. Submissions
If you submit the contact form, you confirm the information you give is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. We'll handle what you submit per our Privacy notice. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship — it's an invitation to start a conversation.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irishvar disclaims all warranties — express or implied — about the site's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our aggregate liability for any direct loss is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability we cannot lawfully limit (for example, for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
9. Changes to these terms
We update these terms when our practices change. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — TBC]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, save for any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your own country.
